Hi, I’m Nadia. I am the daughter of Syrian and Mexican parents, and my childhood was split between the US, Mexico, and France. That means the food you’ll find here is a ridiculously delicious mashup of all the amazing spices and comforting flavors I grew up eating. I was raised in my father’s restaurants and trained as a chef long before Food My Muse existed. In my family, food was never just what was on the plate.
